The team of chefs takes enormous pride in the preparation and presentation of every dish. Only fresh Scottish produce is used. The dining area provides a relaxed, tranquil setting for any meal on any occasion. An outside dining area is south-facing and enjoys views that few Glasgow luxury restaurants can offer. Food is served in the lounge bar from 12:00 until 20:00 Sunday to Friday, and from 12:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays. The restaurant serves lunch from 12:00 to 17:00 Monday to Saturday, and from 12:00 to 16:00 on Sundays. Dinner is served in the restaurant daily from 17:00 to 21:45.
By Car From Glasgow (11 miles): - From the city centre, follow the signs for Aberfoyle and the North (A81). - Once on the A81 you will travel through Bearsden, Milngavie and Strathblane. - As you enter the village of Strathblane we are on the right side. From Edinburgh (48 miles): - Take the M8 towards Glasgow city centre. - Take junction 16 (A81). - Leave the motorway (signposted Aberfoyle A81) then take the right-hand lane, and at the traffic signals turn right under the bridge. - Take the left-hand lane to join the A879 (signposted Milngavie). - Keep on the road until you reach a roundabout and take the 2nd exit on the left towards Milngavie. - At the next set of traffic lights, turn right onto the A81 and continue on this road. Pass through Milngavie and Strathblane. As you enter Strathblane we are on the right. By Public Transport The railway station is 4 miles from the hotel. There is a direct bus route outside the hotel that leads into the city centre or Trossachs.
