The Collingdale is tastefully furnished to a high specification and the comfortable guest lounge provides a pleasant relaxed atmosphere to sit and read, watch TV or enjoy the splendid scenery. The gallery dining room, displaying original paintings by local artists, serves freshly prepared and carefully presented home cooked cuisine using locally farmed produce as available. The dining room leads to the sun terrace overlooking the harbour, where you can relax with your morning coffee or an aperitif in the evening. Relax in the cosy bar where a good selection of beers, wines and spirits including malt whiskeys and fine brandies are available for you to enjoy.

All 3 of the lovely king-size bed premier rooms are furnished to a high standard with quality pine and soft furnishings. The rooms have many original features such as marble fireplace, original plaster coving and sash windows. Bedrooms at the top of the hotel have vaulted ceilings and beams. All king-size bedrooms have stunning views of Ilfracombe harbour and Hillsborough Nature Reserve and across the sea to the Welsh coast beyond. The room can be converted to twin beds for longer stays if required. (Please state at the time of booking).
