This comfortable B&B is a 15-minute walk from Edinburgh city centre. It has a great location in a residential part of town with friendly service and a good breakfast.
Edinburgh International Convention Centre (EICC) and Haymarket Station are a 2-minute walk away. Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, Kings Theatre can be reached in a 15-minute walk.
The independent 2-star hotel has 45 bedrooms all with small en suite shower rooms. On the ground floor is a breakfast room, cosy lounge and modern seating area where there is internet access and tea and coffee.
Parking in Grove Street is possible between 18:00 and 08:00.

All bedrooms are of a comfortable two star standard. We have a mix of singles with single bed, twins with two single beds in the room, doubles and family rooms. The rooms are located on three floors, some facing the front of the hotel and some the back of the building.
Maximum three adults/people in the room.
The hotel is located in the Haymarket district of the city centre, close to the West End. From Haymarket walk up Morrison Street towards the eicc. Just before this take a right into Grove Street. The Hotel is located 500 yards on the right at the end.
