In a quiet tree-lined avenue on Bournemouth's exclusive East Cliff, the hotel is just a short stroll away from the golden sandy beaches and the cosmopolitan town centre.
The Quality Hotel has a great location, within easy reach of all that the lively seaside town of Bournemouth has to offer. All of the shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance, as is the Pavilion Theatre and the BIC (Bournemouth International Centre).
The hotel is well connected by public transport and is a 15-minute walk from Bournemouth Travel Interchange - the town's train, bus and coach station. Bournemouth Airport is only a 20-minute drive away. A shuttle leaves from the end of the road once an hour and takes only 20 minutes to reach the airport.

The hotel has a choice of 3 restaurants: the Sherbourne Restaurant, the à la carte Blue Moon Restaurant and the famous Hancocks Bar. The bar is named in honour of the comedian Tony Hancock, who grew up here when the building was owned by his parents and called the Durlston Court.
There are 54 en suite rooms, all with tea/coffee making facilities and TVs with Freeview digital channels.

The hotel does accept all-male or all-female groups, subject to acceptance of the hotel's group policies. The hotel is a popular function/party/wedding venue, so there may be some noise disruption from the function rooms up until 00:30 at weekends.

These spacious rooms can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children. If a cot is added, the room can accommodate 2 adults and up to 3 children. Although the maximum occupancy is 4 guests, this relates to 2 adults and 2 children. This room may not be booked by 3 or 4 adults. If more than 2 adults book a family room, your stay will be subject to availability of a new room. You will be also be charged an additional cost. Please state Guests ages at time of booking To qualify for this rate, there must be 2 adults staying in the room.

The Sherbourne Restaurant offers a tempting menu of tasty dishes, made using fresh, local ingredients. The excellent wine list offers a selection of wines from around the world to complement your meal. Alternatively, you can dine in the exclusive Blue Moon Restaurant, which offers a more intimate fine-dining experience. You can also enjoy a mouth-watering selection of light meals and snacks in the stylish and contemporary Hancocks Bar and Restaurant. In the summer months, you can enjoy a refreshing drink in the hotel's gardens or on the outside decking area next to Hancocks Bar. Setanta Sports is available in the bar, and Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the hotel, free of charge.
By Car (from the A338): - Travelling west along the A338 towards Bournemouth: - Turn left at the St Paul's roundabout (you should be able to see an Asda store on the left-hand side). - At the next roundabout (Bournemouth station roundabout), proceed straight across, making sure you are in the left-hand lane, marked Ring Road. - At the next roundabout (St Swithin's), follow the road along. This will bring you into Gervis Road. - At the next roundabout (Meyrick Road), carry on straight across and the Quality Hotel is the second hotel on the left. Parking: The hotel has 2 car parks, both of which are free of charge to hotel guests.
