The Victorian terraced villa retains much of its original charm. All bedrooms are different and offer free Wi-Fi.

Frequent buses run from nearby to Princes Street. A walk to the city centre will take about 20 minutes.

The Mardale is well-located for universities, the EICC, theatres, Edinburgh Castle and city-centre sightseeing.
