The Victorian terraced villa retains much of its original charm and features. All bedrooms are different and have their own character.
Frequent buses run from nearby to Princes Street. A leisurely walk to the city centre will take about 20 minutes.
The Mardale is well-located for universities, the EICC, theatres, the castle and city-centre sightseeing.

Rooms with a high ceiling, featuring a double bed and a washbasin. Room are for a maximum of 2 people. Each room has its own private shower and toilet outside of the room.
This large attic room occupies part of the roof space and has a sloping ceiling. There is a double bed for a maximum of 2 people. There are fine views over the rooftops toward West Edinburgh. This room can be converted to a twin room on request.
