Cancellations

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

If children have a separate bedroom, they are charged as adults. Unfortunately, for the sake and well-being of our other guests, we cannot accept bookings for stag nights or hen nights. Also, large groups may be subject to a deposit/guarantee, at the discretion of the hotel reservations department. The deposit will paid locally and refunded on departure.

By Car - Take the M25 and exit at the M3 junction. - Follow the M3 and signs for Southampton/Bournemouth. - Exit onto the M27 and continue through Redwood, following signs for the A338, then the A347 for Wimborne. - Take the 1st exit for Richmond Hill and proceed downhill for 200 yards. The hotel is on the right.
