The Wessex Hotel, Bournemouth

Atop the prestigious West Cliff, the 3-star Wessex Hotel offers 109 en suite bedrooms and free car parking. With its town centre location, it is the perfect place to stay for business or pleasure.

Please note that from the 1st July 2007 the hotel and bedrooms will be all non-smoking.

The recently refurbished bar area is available to tempt you with its dishes or sample afternoon tea and a pre-dinner drink in the comfortable lounges.

The hotel leisure club offers indoor/outdoor heated pools, a sauna, steam room, gym and full size snooker table.

Corporate guests can make use of the Wi-Fi in the public areas. The Wessex also offers 5 air conditioned conference and banqueting rooms for up to 500 guests.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 4 to 14 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

M27 then a31 - Keep in left hand lane and bear left at roundabout onto the a338. Travel approx 7 miles to first roundabout, go straight over to next roundabout. Go left in to Cambridge Road to next roundabout, go straight over this roundabout on to Durley Chine Road, then left at the next roundabout onto West Cliff Road. The hotel is situated on the left hand side.
