Continue past four sets of traffic lights (the Leicester Mercury building will appear on the right hand side). At the fifth set of traffic lights, turn right into Charles Street. Then take the first left into Northampton Square and at the T-Junction, turn right into Granby Street. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights and left again into the hotel's car park (if all else fails, head for the railway station and then follow the signs for Granby Street).
