The AA rosette is given to restaurants which can produce dishes of sound quality using the freshest ingredients. By road: Road links with Bournemouth are good, major routes are as follows: London & the east M3, M27 & A31 West Midland & North Wales M5, A31 & A338 East Midlands & North M1, A43, M27 & A31. By rail: Intercity trains leave Waterloo hourly for Bournemouth and return service is also hourly. By air: There are regular services from Gatwick, Birmingham, Glasgow, Newcastle, The Channel Islands, Dublin and Barcelona, Spain. By coach: hourly from Victoria Station in London. When you reach Bournemouth, follow the large brown tourist signs for the pier & beaches, or the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC). The hotel is right opposite the BIC.
