A king-size suite on the ground or first floor of the hotel, with a sofa-bed. Each room features a fireplace. Enjoy views of either the gardens, woods, lake or river.

The Terrace Restaurant and Bar overlooks the lake and woodland. It has been recreated from its original Victorian design as a library with a rich colour scheme. The cuisine features regional produce presented in an imaginative style and brought to you with friendly service.
By Car From Plymouth: - Take the A379 for Kingsbridge and pass through Brixton. - The hotel is on the right-hand side before arriving in Yealmpton. From Exeter: - Take the A38 to Plymouth and take any exit for Yealmpton. - Pass through Yealmpton and hotel is on the left-hand side. - Access to the hotel is through the arches and down the mile-long drive (enjoy the horses!).
