Refurbished and awarded 4 stars, this homely guest house has an excellent location, close to all that the town has to offer and mere minutes from the Riviera Conference Centre. It is located within the conservation area of Belgravia, and Torquay's rail and bus stations are nearby.

Directions
By Car - From the end of the M5 motorway, head onto the A380 and follow the signs to Torquay. - Follow directions to the seafront. - Pass an open space of grass and gardens on your left. At the traffic lights keep in the left lane. - Turn left onto Belgave Road (The Belgrave Hotel will be on your right). Continue on Belgrave Road and you will see a large green hotel called The Cavendish. - Turn immediately right after the Cavendish, onto Scarborough Road. - The Newburgh Guesthouse is the 2nd property on your left, recently painted pale pink. Parking is unrestricted on Scarborough Road, and on the adjoining Croft Road too. If you get stuck, please call the guest house.
