Cancellations

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 15.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Group bookings, including stag and hen parties, are not accepted by the hotel. Any group booking, or multiple separate bookings, will be cancelled without refund. The hotel will make additional charges if the non-smoking policy is broken. The hotel will add a small additional charge for payment via credit card.
