Cancellations

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of GBP 25.00 will be charged.

Payment is due the night before departure. Payment by cheque is only accepted by prior arrangement with Carlton Court. Groups of single-sex guests are not accepted at Carlton Court. Any such bookings will not be allowed entry and will not be refunded.

From the A3022 Newton Road. Turn right into Avenue Road at the traffic light with Halfords and Torre station on the right. Take first left into Cleveland Road. Continue along Cleveland Road, cross Tor Park Road and you will find the Carlton Court Hotel 250 metres up on the right.
