The Danescourt Hotel is a small to medium-sized hotel, owned and run by Lynn, Stuart and Andrew. Stuart and his wife Lynn have many years experience in the catering and leisure industry and Andrew is a qualified chef who has worked in many top hotels and restaurants. The hotel's team prides themselves on running a clean and friendly establishment, where all guests can be assured of the warmest of welcomes.

The hotel's is a great location from which to experience all the fun and entertainment that this popular seaside resort has to offer. Its prime location, just off the promenade in the South Shore area of Blackpool, means that you are within walking distance of the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park and casino.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 8.50 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Deposit

A fixed amount of GBP 20 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

The hotel requires that all bookings are confirmed when a deposit (non-refundable) of GBP 20 per person has been paid, this deposit will be taken from your credit card. No single sex parties are accepted. The hotel is strictly non-smoking indoors. All credit and debit cards are subject to a surcharge of 3% by the hotel to cover bank charges. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required during public holiday weekends and also during the Illuminations.
