We are situated on North Bay Scarborough, near Peasholm Park the town centre and all amenities. We provide bed and breakfast guest accomodation, with optional evening meals available.
We offer a warm welcome to all our guests. All rooms are en-suite, with a wide range of room types and facilities. We are licensed and can provide a range of dining options from full evening meals to packed lunches and bar meals. Smoking is not permitted within the building, but a covered smoking area is available at the entrance.

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Turn left from Scarborough railway station down Northway, take the 3rd exit at the roundabout into Columbus Ravine (the a165). Take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout continuing down Columbus Ravine. Northcote is situated approximately 400m down on the left hand side of the road.
