• You may check in from 14:00 hours until 22:00 hours.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1.05 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
