As featured on Channel 5's TV programme, 'The Hotel Inspector', this small, family-run guest house is centrally located on Eastbourne seafront, with fabulous uninterrupted sea views.
The Atlanta provides good, friendly service; a comfortable, clean environment; and value for money. The guest house has 9 en suite rooms. Breakfast is served overlooking the sea. Vegetarians and other special dietary needs can be catered for.
Cots, Z-beds and highchairs are available on request. Please note that Atlanta does not have a lift and if you have difficulty with stairs, a room on a lower floor cannot always be guaranteed.

This is a very large, first-floor en suite double room with a king-size sleigh bed with its own sitting area. The room can also be used as a family room with enough space for a z-bed or travel cot. There are direct and panoramic views of the sea, beach, promenade and pier from the balcony.
Breakfast includes a selection of cereals, fruit juice and a full English breakfast. Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00. An earlier breakfast time is available, when possible, on request.
By Public Transport: Regular trains and coaches operate from London Victoria to Eastbourne. London Gatwick Airport is less than an hour away by car or train. Atlanta is a 20-minute walk from the railway station and is approximately 350 metres east of the pier.
