Cancellations
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 25.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 13 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged GBP 17.50 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Important Information
No pets/dogs allowed other than guide dogs by pre-arrangement only. Bedrooms are for use of registered guest only and should not be used by other people unless a prior arrangement has been made. Any damage to bedrooms will be chargeable to registered guest.

Directions
BY ROAD: From the M20 come off at junction 9 signed Ashford. Follow signs to Tenterden on the A28. The hotel is situated on the right hand side on the A28 just before you go into Tenterden. BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: By rail to either Ashford International or Headcorn railways stations, both offer a regular local bus service that connects to Tenterden and drops you off directly outside the Hotel. Taxis are available from both stations. National Express run frequent connections to Ashford from London Victoria.
