It is rumoured that William Shakespeare presented his first performance of 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' on the lawn under the cedar tree in the hotel gardens.

All bedrooms have been decorated in a contemporary style whilst still remaining sympathetic to the character and ambiance of the hotel. The majority of 113 bedrooms are located in a modern wing and are either on the ground or first floor. There are a number of feature bedrooms and suites located in the original manor house and stable block which can be booked with a supplementary upgraded charge.
The Manor Restaurant (AA Rosette awarded) offers both a table d'hote menu along with an à la carte menu. The Executive Chef uses the finest ingredients and changes the menus according to the season, using organic products where possible. The restaurant also offers Theatre Suppers for early diners.
Situated only 15 minutes from junction 15 of the m40, leading the national motorway network. Birmingham Airport and the nec are approximately 20 miles away. Statford railway station is approximately 1 mile from the hotel. Directions: On arriving in Stratford, follow the signs to Banbury, across the Avon river and the Hotel is on the left hand side of the roundabout.
