Carmelite is a boutique environment with a mix of 6 stunning suites, 11 1st floor designed rooms and 32 standard rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
It has been well received with Gold Medal Awards for the Best Bedroom Design and a Gold Plate for its informal 64 seater restaurant, bar lounges and private dining room.
Dishes use fresh local produce, simply prepared and served by friendly hosts.

From the south, follow signs for the harbour, on approach to the harbour travel along South Market Street until you come to a set of traffic lights, at the lights take a left on to Guild Street. On Guild Street, take the first road to your right Stirling Street, the hotel is on your left hand side. From the north, follow signs for the city centre. On Union Street, proceed until you see the Royal Bank of Scotland and Top Shop. Take a left at the traffic lights on to Market Street. From Market Street, take the first road on your right Hadden Street, second left Exchange Street and first on your right Imperial Place - the hotel is straight in front of you.
