Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Crieff Hydro is undergoing extensive renovation of the Front Door and will have a temporary entrance to the east of the hotel. Guests will need to follow the directions on Ferntower. All services will operate as normal, however the construction site and compound will affect the views from some bedrooms.
