All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All further children from 13 to 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Pre-payable rates cannot be cancelled, transferred or refunded in any event, including on race nights. Children aged from 13 to 18 years are accommodated for free but are charged for meals as taken when sharing the same room as parents. Please note there are restrictions on children's hours in the leisure club and children must be accompanied by an adult.
The Executive Room includes complimentary use of bathrobe and slippers, refreshments, turndown service and exclusive use of our dedicated club lounge, where guests can sit and relax while enjoying a selection of complimentary alcoholic and soft drinks, and snacks (restricted times apply) or catch up with the latest news or work
The Champagne Package includes a double room with breakfast for 2 adults, and a bottle of Bouche Pere et Fils Cuvee Reservee Brut NV, together with a free upgrade (subject to availability)
The Zoo Package includes breakfast and zoo tickets for all. Based on 2 adults and 1 child sharing a double room with sofa chair.

Within easy reach of the M56, Chester Railway Station, Manchester Airport and Liverpool Airport, Crowne Plaza Chester is ideally placed for the business and leisure traveller. From the North M6: Take the M6 Junction 20 to M56 Junction 15 and M53 to Chester. Exit at Junction 12 onto the A56 for approximately 1 mile. Go over the railway bridge, through the traffic lights and take the third exit off of the roundabout. Go straight over the next roundabout signposted for Wrexham. Pass under the pedestrian footbridge, turn left at the traffic lights and then take the first right. The hotel car park is at the end of the road on the right hand side. Should the hotel car park be full, we do have an arrangement with the city council, Princess Street car park, which is adjacent to the hotel. The charge for this car park is £7.50 per 24 hours. A car park voucher would need to be obtained from Hotel Reception for Princess Street Car park.
