Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit

A fixed amount of GBP 100 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

The hotel is 11 miles from centre of London and accessible by road or underground (Osterley Station, Piccadilly Line), 2 and a half miles from the M4 and junction 3, 7 miles from the M25 and junction 14. From Heathrow Airport (10 minute drive): - Join the A4 and follow signs for the A4 central London. - At the 1st and 2nd roundabouts proceed straight on. - 100 yards from the 2nd roundabout bear left for the A4, central London. - Continue through the 1st traffic lights and the Master Robert Hotel is situated on the left by a 2nd set of traffic lights. By underground: - Take the Piccadilly line to Osterley Station. From Gatwick Airport by train: - Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station. - Head to Chiswick Park with the District Line and from here to Osterley Station with the Piccadilly Line. From Luton Airport by train: - Take the Intercity to King's Cross St. Pancras. - Take the underground Victoria Line to Victoria Station. - Continue as above. From Stansted Airport by train: - Take the Fast Train to Liverpool Street Station. - Take the underground (Circle Line) to Edgware Road. - Head for Chiswick Park with the District Line, then to Osterley Station with the Piccadilly Line.
