This beautifully preserved Georgian country house offers free parking and has a wonderful, quiet location, just one mile (1.6 km) from the city centre of historic Bath.
Awarded a Highly Commended 4-star rating by the AA under the Guest House Accommodation listing, the 8 rooms overlook the gardens and lawns, and the Avon Valley. The remaining rooms overlook the grounds of Bailbrook House, a splendid Georgian mansion designed by the famous architect John Everleigh.
In addition to the delightful terrace, there is an extensive lawn surrounded by mature trees and plants the perfect setting for a stroll or a quiet drink on a summer's day or evening.
The owners take pride in their privately-owned hotel and all the staff are committed to assisting you in any way possible to provide you with a memorable stay.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 40.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Breakfast times can be flexible and if you require an early breakfast, please request this on arrival Attractive and stylish, the relaxing lounge and bar are decorated and furnished in a country-house style, with lovely views of the lawns, gardens and the terrace.
From the East: Take the a4, at the junction with the Bath exit take the road to Batheaston. Bailbrook Lodge is on the left-hand side after 50 yards. From the West (Bath City Centre): At the a46/a4 junction, take the road to Batheaston. Bailbrook Lodge is on the left hand side after 50 yards. From the m4: Come off at junction 18 and take a46, come off at Bath exit and at the roundabout turn left to Batheaston, hotel is immediately on the left. From Bath Train Station: Bath Spa railway station is only 7 minutes drive away and, if you do come by train, we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of a taxi from the station to Bailbrook Lodge.
