Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 40.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

From the West (Bath City Centre): At the a46/a4 junction, take the road to Batheaston. Bailbrook Lodge is on the left hand side after 50 yards. From the m4: Come off at junction 18 and take a46, come off at Bath exit and at the roundabout turn left to Batheaston, hotel is immediately on the left. From Bath Train Station: Bath Spa railway station is only 7 minutes drive away and, if you do come by train, we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of a taxi from the station to Bailbrook Lodge.
