The kitchen team believe in having a seasonally changing menu with specials added daily to make the most of local produce. Everything on the menu is freshly cooked to order by skilled chefs. The bar offers a modest, well balanced list of world wines as well as Cornish-orchard ciders and juices and Cornish microbrewery premium beers.
By Car: - As you approach Penzance on the A30, St Michael's Mount is on your left. - Pass the Heliport on your right. - At the next roundabout, continue straight ahead following signs for the town centre. - Take the 3rd turning on the right: Britons Hill. The hotel is 75 yards (70 metres) on the right.
