There is a service at Canterbury Cathedral at 11:00 (numbers are limited) before sherry and canapés in the bar at 12:30. Christmas lunch is served at 13:00, with tea and cakes served with the Queen's Speech at 15:00. By Car: Canterbury is situated 16 km (10 miles) from the end of the M2. The Chaucer is in Ivy Lane, on the left of Lower Chantry Lane, on the eastern side of the city wall.
