The Holmwood is a family run guest house situated in a central position 200 yards from Tolcarne and great western beaches and only 5 minutes walk from the town centre.
All of the delights and attractions of this part of Cornwall are at your doorstep, which makes the Holmwood Guest House ideal for your stay in Newquay.
Within a few miniutes walk you will find Newquay Zoo, Water World and the colourful Trenance Gardens and boating lake.
The guest house has 6 en suite rooms, accessible with own key at all times. The guest house is open all year round and has parking at the rear for 4 cars.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All of the double rooms have been refurbished and decorated to a high standard. All 3 rooms have very comfortable double beds and can accommodate 2 adults. One of the rooms can also accommodate a cot.
This Twin en-suite room has been refurbished and decorated to a high standard,With TV DVD player, radio alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities. A minimum 3 nights booking for any bank holiday period, 1 night bookings will not be accepted in June July or August. Sleeps 2. Non-smoking.

See map. By Road Leave the M5 (Exeter) and join the A30. leave the A30 and join the A392 at Indian Queens signposted Newquay. Follow the A392 to Quintrell downs and at the roundabout turn right going over the train crossing. Stay on this road going straight across a double roundabout, continuing go straight across a mini roundabout, take the second on the left into Edgcumbe ave. We are half way down on the left side.
