• You may check in from 15:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Extra Charges

Deposit

A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 4 to 16 years are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

From the West (Midlands): Travelling on the A14 from Cambridge, take the A11 towards Norwich. At the Thickthorn Services Roundabout, take the A47 towards Great Yarmouth. Leave at the next exit, taking the A140 towards Ipswich. From the South (M11): From the M11, take the A11 towards Norwich. At the Thickthorn Services Roundabout, take the A47 towards Great Yarmouth. Leave at the next exit, taking the A140 Ipswich Road towards Ipswich, Dunston Hall is on the left, after about 1 mile. From the South (A12): Travelling from the A12 towards Ipswich. At Ipswich, take the A14 towards Bury St. Edmunds/Cambridge. Take the A140 towards Norwich. After the villages of Long Stratton then Newton Flotman, look out for Dunston Hall on the right hand side.
