Situated on the A94, approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from Perth City Centre, this 4-star guest house aims to ensure a warm welcome and comfortable stay.

The house is ideally located for Perth Concert Hall, visits to Scone Palace and the racecourse, fishing, woodland walks and the numerous golf courses within beautiful Perthshire.

The dining room is situated on the ground floor where breakfast is served at individual tables. Guests can choose from the starter buffet and a selection of hot dishes from the menu; all freshly prepared and cooked to order.
