Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours until 00:00 hours.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.

Extra Charges

5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the business centre and costs EUR 3.00 per 30 minutes. Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Deposit

100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. A fixed amount of EUR 90 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

A damage deposit of EUR 90 per apartment is payable at check-in. This will be returned at check-out provided the apartment has been left in a satisfactory condition.
