Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Leave the M6 at junction 36 following the A591 towards Windermere and South Lakes. Join the A592 immediately entering Windermere, following signs for Bowness town Centre. At the Lake shore continue past the Steamer Pier for 300 metres to the Burnside Hotel situated on your left.
