Cancellations
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 25.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children from 6 to 11 years are charged GBP 12.50 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 12 to 16 years are charged GBP 22.50 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Directions
Grange-over-Sands is easily reached from the m6 Motorway, leave at Junction 36 and take the a590 until you get to junction b5277 signposted Grange-over-Sands. Once in Grange-over-Sands pass the railway station on the left, then at the roundabout ahead turn left, continue until second roundabout and turn right, a few yards ahead a crossroads turn right and straight ahead is Hampsfell Road, turn left into Hampsfell Road and continue to hotel which is on the left.
