These apartments are situated in the best area of the Sierra Nevada ski station and only a few metres from the first ski lift stop.

You can choose between one or two bedrooms studios or apartments, all of which are new and fully-equipped. This is the ski station that enjoys the most sun in the Sierra Nevada and is the perfect place to learn to ski, the establishment can help you reserve classes and rent out equipment. The Costa del Sol is only two hours away and boasts an extremely energetic nightlife.

This is a seasonal establishment: Open November to April.

• You may check in from 17:30 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Key Collection: Please note that all key collection takes place in the Habitat Sierra Nevada (Arttyfal building), between 17.30 and 20.00. Before travelling, all guests should notify the property of their anticipated time of arrival by calling the number which appears on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site before 20.00 CET. Guests who can only check in outside of office opening hours must do so at the Hotel Montesol Arttyco (in the Acongra building). This is subject to an additional surcharge of EUR 15 between 20.00 and 00.00, and EUR 25 after 00.00. Deposit: A breakage deposit of EUR 250 per apartment is retained by the property (via credit card) for the length of the stay. This will be refunded 3 days after the end of stay, according to the condition of the apartment. Any damage or imperfection found in the apartment from before the start of stay must be notified during the first 24 hours of the stay. Check out: Keys must be left in the reception before 11.00 on the day of check out. Towel Service: Please be aware that towels are not provided in apartments as part of the rates. This service is available for a surcharge.
