The Gallery Restaurant is a relaxed, romantic room decorated with oil paintings by the Dartmoor artist Katherine Lightfoot and a most creative log wall. In the summer months the Gallery Restaurant opens out on to the courtyard, providing a refreshing alternative in which to enjoy a meal or a well-earned drink. The Gallery Restaurant is open on Friday and Saturday evenings, serving AA Rosette award-winning cuisine. An enticing list of fine wines offer the perfect accompaniment. The glamorous Signet Room is dedicated to private dining for larger groups. DirectionsBy Car: From Swindon. - Take the M4. - Exit at junction 15. - Follow the A419 to Cirencester. - Leave the dual carriageway at the Burford Road Junction (A429, signed Cirencester/Bibury/Stow). - Follow the B4425 to Bibury (approximately 6.5 miles). - The hotel is at the bottom of the hill, just over the bridge crossing the River Coln. From the M5: - Exit at junction 11a. - Follow the A417/419 to Cirencester. - Leave dual carriageway at the Burford Road junction, signed Cirencester/Stow/Bibury. - Then, as above. From Oxford: - Take the M40. - Exit at junction 8. - Join the A40 in the direction of Oxford. - Remain on the A40, bypassing Oxford, Witney and Burford. - Half a mile past Burford, take a left turn on the B4425, signed for Bibury. - Bibury is about 9 miles further. - Once in the village, drive alongside the River Coln and the hotel is on the right. *Directions included in email booking confirmation
