Britannia Royal Court Hotel, Coventry

Amid 11 acres of landscaped gardens and parkland, north of Coventry city centre, this 19th century manor house has become the largest hotel in Coventry, with its own leisure club.

Approximately 4.8 km (3 miles) from the central Coventry, the original manor house was built in 1894 by the car manufacturer William Hillman and has been developed over the past century. The NIA, ICC and Birmingham Symphony Hall are a 25-minute drive away, whilst the NEC can be reached in just 15 minutes.

The Carvery Restaurant is popular with locals and visitors alike and the adjacent Balmoral Bar offers a cosy environment overlooking the rolling lawns and gardens. The leisure club is equipped with an 18-metre indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, hair and beauty salon, and a large multi-purpose gym. The hotel features individually furnished en suite rooms, some of which overlook the gardens.

The restaurant is in the Baronial Hall of the manor house. It offers French and British gourmet specialities, amid elegant surroundings. There are 3 relaxing bars, each ideal for meeting colleagues; enjoying a pre-dinner cocktail overlooking the pool; or an after-dinner liqueur in the refined surroundings of the restaurant bar overlooking the lawns. Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 09:00. Lunch is served from 12:00 until 14:00. Dinner is served from 19:00 until 21:00.
