Cancellations

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 6.42 per hour.

Deposit

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
