Check in and collection of the keys takes place at the head office located on Resort la Manga, 14 (lower floor), Avenida Mar Menor, Mar de Cristal Cartagena, Murcia, 30384. Office opening times: Winter 10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Saturday. Summer (June, July, Aug, Sept) 10:00 - 20:00 Monday to Saturday. 10:00 - 18:00 Sunday If you arrive outside of these hours your keys will be located in the key lock box which can be found on the left hand side of the Resort La Manga office. To access the keys guests must enter the last 5 digits of your reservation number or the last 5 digits of the Resort La Manga booking reference followed by the # key, then turn key to open. Inside the key lock box will be a named envelope with directions to the property and the keys. A valid credit card and photo ID are required at check-in. These must also be presented the next working day if you arrive outside reception hours. In order to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will charge a deposit to the credit card provided during the booking process. This will be fully refunded once the condition of the apartment has been approved.
The apartments consist one double bedroom and an adjoining bedroom with two singles beds.
There is a wealth of bars and restaurants located near the resort at Playa Honda. Fish and shellfish dishes are abundant here, all the produce locally fished. Other popular dishes to try here include the salted tuna and its roe, produced following techniques from the Roman era. Cierva pie of San Javiera with its characteristic salt-sweet flavour is also an absolute must.
