Cancellations
If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 45 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

By Car: From the N3: - Pass the Pavilion shopping centre. - Follow the signs for Durban City/Stad. - Continue straight on through the traffic lights on Commercial Road. - Carry straight on for 4 further sets of traffic lights. - Turn right into Soldiers Way. - Drive straight on through 2 further sets of traffic lights. - Turn left into Ulundi Place. - Turn right into Royal Parkade. From Durban international airport: - Follow the N2 exit/Uitgang signs. - Turn right (N) following the N2 north coast. - Turn right (E) following the N2 north coast. - Join the M4 Durban City/Stad. - Follow the Esplanade turnoff. - Turn left into Royal Parkade. The 3rd floor of the car park is for special unloading and the reception.
