Our Chef Chris Draper came to us from a background with major hotels in Scotland. His approach to food is simple but uncompromising: start with the finest fresh ingredients, treat them with respect, and serve them with imagination and pride. 'Wallace's', the Grange Manor's bistro bar, is situated in the former stables adjacent to the main house. Carefully refurbished, it retains the original stone walls with exposed ceiling beams lending additional character and charm. DirectionsFrom Edinburgh: take the m9 Motorway exit junction 5. At the bottom of the slip road, take the third exit from the roundabout and carry on straight, through traffic lights, straight ahead at mini roundabout and past Mercedes garage on left hand side. At the next roundabout, take the fourth exit following Kincardine Bridge signs, the hotel is 100 yards from the roundabout on the left hand side, past Volkswagen garage a905. From Glasgow, take M876 towards Grangemouth. When nearing Kincardine Bridge junction, take M9 towards Grangemouth exit junction 6 down to bottom of slip road. Turn right and the hotel is on the right hand side at 100 yards (100 metres). *Directions included in email booking confirmation |
