• You may check in from 14:00 hours until 17:00 hours.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs ZAR 50.00 per day.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Deposit

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

Children older than 12 years are welcome. Extra beds are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
