This converted farm house offers comfortable and spacious guest rooms and lots of communal space, indoors and outdoors, where you can relax. The friendly staff and warm atmosphere invite you to take it easy and simply appreciate the spectacular surroundings.
During the day there are plenty of exhilarating outdoor activities for you to choose from including paragliding, rafting, horse riding, cycling and trekking. After a day out in the open air you can relax at the restaurant specialising in typical rustic dishes. Select your favourite cheeses, ham and other home-grown produce all washed down with a glass of the region's finest wine.
La Casa Di Campagna is located close to Fabriano in an area full of history and architectural beauty. The Frasassi caves are nearby and the historical cities of Umbria are all easily reached.

The compound consists of the mansion and the refurbished barns, a total of 8 units of different sizes, each with independent entrance. The entrance for each apartment is on the ground floor, as the buildings have been constructed following the slopes. The apartments overlook the large yard of the house and create a frame to the surrounding environment, characterized by ancient oak trees, ornelli, elders and many fruit trees.
From the motorway exit Fabriano Ovest, turn right at the second traffic light onto Via Serraloggia. After about 2 km turn left towards Bassano and about 600m ahead on the left you'll find the entrance of La Casa di Campagna.
