This gorgeous farmhouse is situated half-way between Sant'Evasio Hill, on the side where the sun sets, and the Nizza-Canelli road.
The farmstead originally belonged to the Counts of Calamandrana, then to the Veggi of Castelletto. It is situated near important landmarks, such as Santo Stefano Belbo, Cesare Pavese's hometown; Canelli, the city of wine; Acqui Terme, well-known for its hot springs.
Nearby are also bigger cities, such as Alba, well-known for the white truffles, and Asti, city of the Palio horse race.
