Maritim Hotel, Tønsberg

As one of Tønsberg's oldest hotels, the Maritim is conveniently situated in the middle of the city. Norway's oldest town offers beautiful surroundings and easy access to several tourist attractions.

Make sure to visit both the Slottsfjelltårnet, Norway's oldest ruin-park dating back to the 13th century and the Oseberghaugen tomb from year 834. Right next to Maritim Hotel are also the ruins from Saint Olav's Monastery and the Saint Olav Church. The nearby Sjøbodkvartalet area offers a wide selection of restaurants and a vivid nightlife.

The comfortable and newly renovated rooms at Maritim Hotell are located on 4 floors. The rooms vary in shape and size, creating an individual and charming atmosphere. The en-suite rooms have cable TV, minibars, fridges and phones. Some rooms also offer a cosy seating area.

The Fregatten Restaurant serves delicious Norwegian and international food. Known as one of the area's best à la carte restaurants it has a menu that varies with the seasons. The Monastery Yard outside the hotel offers licensed outdoor serving. This is the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing drink in the warm summer months.

The Kahytten Cafè-Bar is located next to reception. Here guests can view important sports events from a big screen and the fun karaoke nights are popular with both hotel guests and locals.

Cancellations
