Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Extra Charges

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Internet

Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.

Deposit

25 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 15 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
