All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Check-In Information: To check in, go to the office on the ground floor at 4 Greenland Place, NW1 0AP, where you will receive the keys and pay for the stay. Please notice that your apartment is at different address; see detailed information for each room type. Please telephone the local office at least 1 hour before your arrival (using the contact number provided in your booking confirmation). If you do not do this, you may have to wait much longer to check in. Check-in after 21:00 will be at an additional cost. Payment Information: Payment must be in cash, upon arrival. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, this payment has to be arranged in advance. Please contact the apartments before your arrival.
