Cancellations

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit

A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
