The Appart-City is a brand new residence located in a newly developed area to the north-west of Rennes, offering everything you need for a comfortable long-term or short-term stay.

The Appart-City Rennes Beauregard features fully equipped studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, all accessible by a lift.

They feature an en suite bathroom, TV, wired internet connection, a lounge area and a kitchenette. They provide a practical and cosy living space, designed to give you maximum independence.

A laundrette with washing machine and tumble dryer, a breakfast room, ironing facilities and a vacuum are also available on request for use of guests.

The Appart-City Rennes Beauregard is served by 2 bus routes, N° 4 and N° 30, giving you easy access to the metro and the football stadium.

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.35 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day. Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 2.00 per day.

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.00 per 24 hours.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Rue Aurélie Nemours does not appear in GPS systems. This road is at the end of rue Gabriel Germain, at the angle of avenue André Mussat. The residence closes at 19:00. If you plan to arrive after this time, please contact the residence in advance to get the access code.
