Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 12:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Extra Charges

3.6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. CHF 3.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs CHF 12.00 per day. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 5.00 per 30 minutes.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged CHF 45.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
